Tasting notes: Aromas of white flowers, but also fruit such as white peach or honey; very round wine in the mouth but with also a very nice freshness.
Winemaking Details: Ugni blanc and Terret grapes are harvested together at night. Grapes are totally destemmed, then pneumatic pressing and cold settling will happen. Fermentation is achieved under controlled temperature between 13 and 15° C.
Additional information: Coming from a lovely cooperative from the South West France which brings together regional winemakers to produce a versatile blended white wine. A ‘vin de table’ style represented in many a good French bistro and homes. Enjoy at any time.
