Produced in the Rhône-Alpes region of France, St. Marcellin is a delicate little cheese that's full of flavour, best served warm and melted, with a drizzle of truffle honey.

Remove from the fridge 15-20 min before serving. Preheat oven to 220°C. Remove your St Marcellin from its packaging and place in an ovenproof dish. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes until golden and bubbling. Finish with a drizzle of truffle honey & serve with cornichons and bread.
